What we collect

When you request quotes, we collect your name, phone number, email, address and details about the cleaning you need. When a cleaner applies, we collect their business and contact details.

How we use it

We use customer details to match you with up to 3 local cleaners and share your request with them so they can send you a quote. Those cleaners see your area (ZIP code and a map of the general neighborhood), not your street address. Your exact address and access notes are shared only with the cleaner you book, once your booking is confirmed, so they can find you. We use Google Maps to check addresses and show maps. We use cleaner details to review applications and send them customer requests.

Who we share it with

Only with the cleaners matched to your request, and with service providers that run this website and its forms. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

To have your information updated or deleted, or to stop being contacted, reply STOP to any text or email us and we'll take care of it.
